New Moon Chicken Curry Recipe (4-5 Servings)

PREPARATION

1 Packet New Moon Singapore Chicken Curry Paste (100g)
500g chicken meat
400g  potato (peeled and cubed)
400ml water
80ml low fat milk/coconut cream

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add paste, potato and chicken into a pot. Stir-fry for 1-2 mins.
  2. Add water and mix well. Bring to a boil.
  3. Lower heat and simmer for 20 mins or until meat is cooked.
  4. Mix in low fat milk/coconut cream, bring to a boil and serve.
