PREPARATION
- 1 Packet New Moon Bak Kut Teh Spices Traditional
- 1.2kg pork ribs, blanched (or meat of your choice)
- 12 cloves (1 bulb) garlic (lightly crushed)
- 1800ml water
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Bring water to boil.
- Add in the spice pack and garlic into the pot and simmer for 15 mins over medium heat.
- Add pork ribs and cook for another 45 mins, stir occasionally and serve.
