All products sold on GJH eShop are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of clear defects or damage.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or does not match your order, please contact us immediately:
- Use the Contact Us form within 3 working days of delivery
- Include your order number, item name, and description of the issue
- Provide photo evidence if available
Our team will review your request and respond within 3 working days to arrange either a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.
Cancelled or Unfulfilled Orders
Should any item be out of stock, or if we cancel an order due to pricing or description errors, we will refund your payment in full promptly.
Change or Cancellation Requests
You may request to change or cancel your order before it is shipped:
- Email us or use the online Contact Us form
- Once your order shows as “shipped”, no changes or cancellations can be made
- A re-delivery fee may apply if your delivery is refused or missed due to unavailability
Shipping & Return Process
- Standard shipping applies; returns of damaged/wrong items are free
- For valid claims, we’ll issue pre-paid return labels and instructions
- Once received and inspected, refunds (if approved) will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
Privacy & Data Handling
Any personal information shared during a return or refund process will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, in compliance with PDPA requirements for data protection
